Often adapting your needs and desires for your partner out of fear of them leaving you, if you don’t.
Tired of people-pleasing and not being able to speak up for yourself when you are treated unfairly.
Struggling with saying No when people constantly ask for your help or to solve their problems.
If you have no idea what you TRULY want from life.
Analyze your family dynamics when you were a kid and learn how that’s affecting you in your adulthood.
Recognise all of those unhealthy patterns that you’re using in your relationships to “earn” and “deserve” the love of others.
See yourself as a little child whose needs and wants were neglected and learn to be more compassionate and loving towards yourself.
Recognise where you’re adapting to others and follow other people’s plans and instead learn what are YOUR true desires.
Learn to love yourself unconditionally without trying to “prove” your worth by external accomplishments.
Week 1 - Analysing the family dynamics
We will dive deep into the childhood environment and what exactly in the past made us create unhealthy patterns that are holding us back in so many ways when we are adults.

Week 2 - Earning the love of others
We will go through common strategies that we use trying to “deserve” the love of others, such as people-pleasing, controlling, adapting to others etc.
Additionally: Self-reflection Workbook + Proactive self-love habits to practice every day
Week 3 - Focusing on yourself
On week 3 we will talk about what to do RIGHT NOW to move away from always living for somebody else and instead shift the focus onto ourselves and our life.
We will talk about practical steps and actual changes that you need to make in your life as of RIGHT NOW.
Week 4 - What do we truly want
We will finish the course with a deep analysis of what do we ACTUALLY want in this life (not what we think we SHOULD want) and set up a goal for the future.
